I’ve been a bit slack this year, but I’ll have some card sales going soon with all funds going to Aedan 🩵 please share

Things have been a little quiet on the running front lately thanks to some good old-fashioned man flu making its way through our house… so much so, we even had to miss the City to Casino this year.

While the training shoes have slowed down for a moment, Aedan’s Crusade certainly hasn’t stopped. Every step, every session, and every bit of support continues to help us push forward toward creating more opportunities for inclusion, movement, and strength.
