Hi All,
We thought as we have entered the new year, we should touch base and let you know what we have planned for harvFEST 2019.
After much consideration and discussions we have decided not to go ahead with the harvFEST Festival for 2019 and instead run a harvFEST Black Tie Ball.
Whilst the festival was a great success, with the support of the community and great stall holders, sponsors and volunteers, we feel that the festival is very weather dependent and whilst we have been very lucky for the past 2 years, it is a risky proposition moving forward.
Therefore we have decided to hold the Black Tie Ball for 2019.
This will be a community event run for the very same reasons that we started harvFEST. To celebrate the end of harvest and to bring the community together.
The ball is in the late planning stages at the moment, with the date being set for the 2nd February and will be held at the Carranballac Hall.
