For many years, my life's path wove through the world of public service, where I had the privilege of working alongside a diverse range of service providers and community members. Today, I am honoured to walk with you on a different kind of journey—one that unites ancient wisdom, vibrational healing, and spiritual connection. My Calling and My Practice
Since 2014, I have embarked on an extraordinary journey of study, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. This voyage led me to become a Sound Healer, Crystal Healer, and Master Usui Reiki Healer, as well as a Meditation Teacher and facilitator of Women's Circles. Each practice is woven into the tapestry of my life, reflecting my passion for supporting others to heal and move forward in ways that honour their unique path. Through years of dedicated learning and deep personal experience, I have cultivated a direct and profound relationship with Spirit. This connection has become the bedrock of my practice. Crystal bowls create a natural acoustic form of binaural beating, which many people find more organic and pleasant than electronic or synthesised binaural beats. The bowls have the effect and are enhanced by
o Overtones and harmonics
o Spatial movement of sound
o Vibration felt in the Body
The gradual rise and fall of resonance and” wah wah” sound
Binaural Beats when playing the Alchemy crystal bowls you can experience when playing two bowls two frequencies
The brain perceives the slight difference between two frequencies and creates a third, “binaural” beat frequency. The Brain activity then begins to match this new frequency a process known as brainwave entrainment. The effect of Binaural beats can vary from person to person
Crystal bowl binaural beats are a natural acoustic experience which some people find more pleasing than synthesized binaural beats.
o When two crystal bowls at slightly different fundamental frequencies the brain does the following:
o Each Ear ( for each side of the body/space) receives a different frequency
o The brain perceives the numerical difference between those two tones
o That different is experienced as a third rhythmic “wah wah” pulse called binaural beat.
o The brain may begin to entrain (synchronize) in the case of Gamma.

GAMMA activity is measured from 32 to 100 Hz. This state and is associated with peak performance

BETA activity is measured between 13 to 32 Hz. This state is associated wIth deep focus and concentration performing work and other activities at a high level and navigating stressors This can burn up a lot of mental and physical energy but this is where your’re able to concentrate focus on work and execute and complete tasks. A sense of being switched on.
ALPHA – 8 Hz to 13 Hz
Alpha activity is measured between 8 and 13 Hz this state is related to resting wakefulness. This could be someone who has just completed a work task and has decided to sit and reflect while taking a break, or taking a walk in the garden in the middle of the day. The mind is active and the body is calm. Taking time to reflect and learn from our experiences in this state metacognition occurs a state where you’re aware of your thoughts and feelings and you can look at the big picture.
THETA 4 Hz to 8 Hz
Theta activity can be measures between 4 and 8 Hz. This state is associated with creativity, meditation mindfulness, daydreaming and relaxing into the body, but remaining awake. This kind of meditative state could be brought on by rhythmic activity such as walking biking or running.
DELTA 0,5 Hz to4 Hz
Delta activity cab be measured 5 to 4 Hz This state is usually associated with deep deep sleep and it’s essential for rest and recovery. During this state of activity, the nervous system can relax, anabolic hormones start to repair tissue and stabilize our energy levels, and neurons dorm new connections essential to learning and memory..
Measuring the Binaureal Beats produced when playing two crystal bowls involves identifying the fundamental frequency of each bowl individually and then calculating the numerical difference between them, A binaureal beat is an auditory illusion created in the brain when two slightly different frequencies are played ideally one into each ear.
When playing the bowls the sound is a wah wah sound.

In my early years of dancing to classical music, something would synchronize within my brain when I listened and danced in music. It softened me, and because my world where the feeling, the rhythm of music would effect the steps I made. Such as Allegro music which would make me use quicker steps and you could feel the beat and move quicker around the room.
When I play the bowls, the sound effects my brain, and it like I go back to the time of when I used to dance................................

So Music has a huge impact on your wellbeing and distributes the vibration of where it is needed in the body and mind.

Further,

There's a wobble that happens when two bowls are almost — but not quite — the same pitch.
Not a mistake. Not two bowls fighting each other. A beat frequency. The two tones interfering with each other in the air, canceling and reinforcing on a loop, producing a third pulse that neither bowl is actually playing.
Wah... wah... wah.
The slower the wobble, the closer the pitches. And here's where it gets interesting for nervous system work specifically — a slow, rhythmic pulse in the range of 0.5 to 2 cycles per second starts to overlap with something your brain already knows. Delta brainwave territory. Deep rest. The edge of sleep.
Your nervous system doesn't decide to sync with it. It just does. That's entrainment — the tendency of biological rhythms to synchronize with external ones. Your heart rate does it. Your breathing does it. Your brainwaves do it.
So when two bowls sit in that almost-matching space and the room starts to pulse slowly, you're not just hearing something interesting. Your biology is being handed a rhythm it recognizes as safe.
That's not metaphor. That's mechanism.
Next time you feel yourself dropping into something deeper than relaxation in a sound bath, see if you can catch the wobble underneath it.

The path to healing comes for many in different ways......... For me the path was Sound that led me to find myself and heal. Playing the bowls everyday places my Mind, Body and Soul in Balance.
When you play a Alchemy Crystal Bowl in front of you. You can feel the vibration enter your body, as if this vibration is balancing and moving water in your body and then it moves to your heart, your throat and your brain. What happens is the Vibration you are feeling is like tingling and activating the neurons and cells in your body and you feel a slight activation of tingling between the left and right ear. Sound Vibration is activating the water in your blood stream especially in your brain, where it is balancing your brain from right to left and your Nervous System. A Sound Bath or Sound Healing is beneficial to your own wellness in activating your body to Balance . Sound works where you need that healing. When a Sound Healer plays, they are also attuning themselves to playing the bowls and also use a blessing prior to playing so that this in turn can also raise their vibration. This helps the Sound Healer play the bowls in a very calm vibrational smooth state. How a Sound Healer plays their bowls is about balancing the body and mind, it is also knowing chords, sequences and how some notes affect the body. It is about learning music, and playing sequences with clear training and knowledge it is not about buying a set of bowls and not knowing what notes the bowls produce. Just as Important is balancing between playing the bowls, vibration, entrainment, measuring bin aureal beats, resonance and what sequence of notes work. Vibration and silence in the process of playing is just as important as it is what is happening within the body and brain during this process that is healing. What is Entrainment within the brain when sound from the bowl is produced?????
