Titled: The Family Tree.
It’s the family tree with the woman prominent in it. Through her flows the love from her heart through her many travels and stages of life.
The pink on her left (as she looks out) representing the female, feminine side, the thinking, the dreaming up, the blue the masculine, the male, the actioning of those dreams.
The feet at the roots representing our footsteps walking forward and that of our Ancestors, rooting us in to who we are.
The snakes representing the medicine/clearing the family lineages going down to be taken by Mother Earth, and then the new cleansed energy coming back up- the colours symbolising the energy chakras.
The mother/woman/grandmother in the tree speaking ancient truth through the symbolism of the dragonfly, the fire and passion running through the power of her hair.
The first branch shows 8 generations of ancestor figures, sending through the love from the pink dots in their hearts that turns into a wave flowing through her belly and bellybutton and through to the baby in the tree burr, the golden thread of energy then travelling out from there.
From the baby is a twig branch with 7 leaves, this representing the 7 generations we have responsibility for that come after us- our future legacy.
The 2 top branches of her hair show the Owl for the Wisdom carried and an Eagle symbolic of always having an eagle eye view as well as foresight from the ancestors.
On her right (left as we look at it) is the sun, and to the left (right to us) is the moon, and in those same branches are 7 stars, representing our Star family.
All the leaves have 2 gold dots, symbolising that each person in the family tree has 2 parents.
The light green dots between the leaves symbolising healing, the gold symbolising sacred energy and the red symbolising love.
The gold dots in the feet symbolises the sacredness of our walk, the honouring of our past & future ancestors.
Lastly the green and purple around the base, the roots of our family tree is for the spiritual (purple), and healing (green) for & of our lineages.
She’s a beautiful and powerful piece, I think she’d look great in one of those old oval frames with the bubbled out glass.
