It is with a sudden and extremely heavy heart that we announce the closure of Mount Cotton Physie.

It has been a great honour teaching such a wonderful and welcoming club. Our hearts are broken and our tears are real. It’s something we simply can’t put into words right now.

To our members, past and present: The love we have for you all is immeasurable and your adoration for Physie and what you have done for not only us and your fellow members but the sport itself is something we will always be in awe of.

Dina celebrates her 20th year of Physie this year! When she's not at MCP, Dina works full time as Sentencing Planning Advisor and spends her time making everyone laugh (trust us!)

Miss Dina's quirky and fun personality shines when she teaches and you always leave one of her classes in a better mood! Dina loves to encourage her students to add their flare to each Physie routine!

Caity started Physie at 5 years old and hasn't looked back! 2023 saw Caity finish year 12 and this year she heads off to University!

Miss Caity stepped in to teach our tiny tots & assist with our junior classes in 2023; being an absolute natural, Caity was promoted to a junior associate in 2024! Her passion for Physie shows in her teaching and she can't wait to see new and familiar faces in junior classes this year!

A lifelong Physie enthusiast, Miss Liv loves to focus on the fundamentals of proper Physie technique in her classes.
