Meet the owner ✨ Danika Hampstead is a qualified and registered Ballet teacher with the world renowned Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Her dance training began at the age of two, studying all styles of dance. She achieved eleven distinctions in Classical Ballet examinations up to Advanced level before gaining international experience training at New York’s Broadway Dance Center and California’s Anaheim Dance Company.
After dance training fulltime and completing two years of study with the Royal Academy of Dance obtaining her teaching qualification, Danika has continued to undertake annual professional development courses to ensure she remains current with the latest training methods and industry standards.
She is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor, providing dancers with safe, strength focused training that supports long term development.
With over ten years of teaching and choreography experience across both recreational and competitive levels, Danika’s passion has always been to create a studio where students can thrive in a positive, nurturing, and safe environment while learning from qualified, dedicated, and inspiring teachers.
Danika is the founder of Dance House Studios and is proudly celebrating the studio’s fifth year in business. Her choreography achievements include national recognition, earning titles such as Most Entertaining Routine, multiple First Place National titles for her duo works, and exceptional Ballet examination results, with students achieving distinctions in vocational graded levels.
