JP’s Helping Hand is looking for the right person to join our cleaning team on a casual basis.
We provide cleaning services to residential clients as well as clients receiving NDIS, DVA and aged care services.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Reliable, punctual and committed to their rostered shifts
✔️ Hardworking and trustworthy
✔️ Particular about their cleaning and has a great eye for detail
✔️ Someone who takes pride in their work
✔️ Able to work efficiently without cutting corners
✔️ Confident working independently as well as within a team
✔️ Able to follow cleaning procedures and checklists
✔️ Comfortable taking responsibility for their own work
✔️ Friendly, respectful and professional in clients’ homes
✔️ Open to feedback, training and learning
Previous professional cleaning experience would definitely be an advantage!
We supply all cleaning equipment, products and chemicals, so you don't need to provide your own.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Current driver’s licence
• Reliable vehicle/transport
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one
• Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain one
• National Police Check, or ability to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
When you are required to use your own vehicle for work-related travel, an applicable kilometre allowance is paid.
Casual position with applicable tax and superannuation paid.
🏫 LOOKING FOR WORK AROUND SCHOOL HOURS?
This position may be a great fit for a parent wanting work that fits around school hours. Most of our work is completed during the week and within school hours, unless otherwise arranged.

We’re not simply looking to fill a position — we’re looking for the right person to join our team.
Reliability is extremely important. While we understand that genuine emergencies happen, this role won't suit someone who regularly cancels shifts at short notice, is frequently unavailable or cannot consistently meet our cleaning standards.
Our clients deserve a service they can depend on, and we want someone who is proud to be part of delivering that.
