Our Senior Classes include Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Contemporary for dancers aged 15+ years.

Dancing teaches young people self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence, which often translates into improvements in other areas of their life, such as academic performance and emotional health. Constantly learning and memorising new choreography for class will help improve a dancer’s long-term memory, which is an invaluable skill that they can take with them into adulthood.

Our dancers learn the importance of commitment.
Committing to a dance class involves showing up on time, regular attendance, being fully prepared, having hair fixed and in proper clothing. This instills great habits and accountability. Dancers learn that their actions not only affect themselves, but others as well. The dedication involved in showing up for rehearsals also shows dancers that being committed to something can bring many positives into their lives.
