Sedenka Folk Dance Sydney

Sedenka Folk Dance Sydney Sedenka is a group of dancers drawn together by a love of irresistible Balkan rhythms. Join us on Friday nights at the Hannaford Community Centre in Rozelle.

Sedenka is a social folk dance group which meets most Friday nights in Rozelle, Sydney. We have fun learning traditional folk dances from a large variety of countries. Although our focus is on dances from Eastern Europe and The Balkans, we also do dances from Western Europe, Turkey, USA, Armenia, Israel and other countries. Newcomers are always welcome, no experience required.

Only 10 days before Sedenka Sydney’s end of year party in Rozelle!

Come and dance to live music by Balkanski Bus from 7.00pm on Tuesday, 20th December and celebrate being able to get together again to enjoy music and dancing!

BYO drinks / water bottle and something which can be shared safely if you wish to add to the supper table. Tickets are $20 at the door.

In line with medical advice, we encourage mask wearing in crowded indoor areas.
