Mega Lucario!! Some blue orchids I drew for the cover of my mum’s birthday card 🪻💙

I made this piece back in May, and I really really love how it turned out!

VERY LATE POST FROM THE SYDNEY ROYAL EASTER SHOW ARTS AND CRAFTS COMPETITION (back in April)

Okay so back in like December or something, I entered 4 pieces into the Sydney Royal Easter Show, and here were the results:
🥉 ‘Masked’ in the 16s to U20s category (3rd place)
🎖️ ‘Perspective’ in the opens miniature art category (highly commended prize)
👉 ‘Monologue’ in the opens miniature art category
👉 ‘Bloom’ in the opens drawing category

Before this year, the last time I entered anything into the Easter Show would’ve been in 2019, maybe even 2018. I absolutely love seeing the incredible work people create and it’s definitely a super fun event. (And I really want to keep entering in the years to come).

Anyways yeah, whoops for posting this literally 5 months late, but at least it’s not a year late 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Small piece I drew definitely around a year ago (I’ve been so inactive this year 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️). I would describe the process of making it, however I actually can’t remember - but it was definitely during a uni break, and I still really like how it looks 😁

I lowkey have neglected this account for months, and I also haven’t really made a whole lot of art recently either, so I don’t have much to post 🤷‍♀️ But to make up for that, I think I’ll do Inktober again (I know I said never again last year after finishing it, and perhaps I’ll regret it, but I think it’d be cool to do again, even if I do end up finishing it late 😅)

Bloom 🪼

I’ve been inactive basically all year; I’ve been busy with university, hockey, and just life stuff. I’ve been making a bit of art, but I’ve kinda ignored this account 😅

I’ve also been ignoring my Etsy shop, although with hardly any store visits and no sales, nothing’s really changed. But, earlier, I was planning to expand what I sold on Etsy, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that any time soon - I’m just too busy to have an active Etsy shop 🤷‍♀️

Anyways, this year, I’ve entered an art competition (I’ll post about it at some point), but mainly, I’ve stepped back from making art to sell, or posting semi consistently to keep my account active, and have kinda just been enjoying making art for me. So expect less consistency in my posts from now on, and probably less effort into managing this account - I still want to share my art and be active, and reach new people, but it’s actually so much effort and I’ve got a very busy life at the moment.
