It also hosts a diversity of other events, musical, environmental, creative art and craft workshops, other festivals and events, and expos. Wallaby Creek Festival is a small, family friendly event set in Far North Queensland’s World Heritage Wet Tropics ra

The daily program offers music on 3 stages including some of Australia’s well loved festival bands and showcasing artists from the surrounding towns and indigenous communities; breakfast with the poets; workshops; street theatre and a colourful Children’s Festival that is just as inviting for adults! Free camping is available with the 3-day festival pass. Food and market stalls are presented to tempt your viewing, tasting and shopping pleasures. The festival, bordered by the crystal clear waters of the Wallaby Creek and the Annan River, provides an ideal holiday destination for families. By providing opportunities for locals and visitors to participate in shared music and arts experiences, Wallaby Creek Festival contributes to the development of a vital remote community. Hello Wallaby Family,

I hope this email finds you all keeping well and surviving this wet season.

We have a busy year ahead of us, with our festival happening 22-24th September, a focus on buying the WCF land and a calendar of other events coming up including a kids festival on the 4th of July and a Regeneration Weekend 22 - 23rd July!

Working Bees have commenced and will be the first weekend of every month until August when we will be here each weekend leading up to the festival, this will give people to opportunity to come for one day or both, even just a few hours. Every contribution helps in developing the site and creating the dream!

Camping over is always a possibility so if you wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of the land bring your camping gear and enjoy :) (see the poster attached)
