Our Amazing community groups, volunteers and organisers have been working hard behind the scenes to bring together a fantastic Winter Solstice celebration for Rosebery! ❤️

So far you can look forward to:

🛍️ Community Markets at the Hall
🎩 Magic and entertainment from Bella Donna & Daniel of Shields Events and Entertainment
🍔 Delicious food from the Lions Club and Rosebery Football Club

There are still a few final details being worked through by the community working group, but we'd love your help spreading the word that Rosebery's Winter Solstice is happening!

The Rosebery Heartwood Collective Network has completed this awesome 80’s Photo Booth especially for the Shields Events and Entertainment’s 80’s Karaoke Night at Top Pub!!

Built with community spirit, creativity and plenty of Heartwood teamwork, this vibrant throwback photo booth will be available for FREE photos all night during our Rosebery Winter Solstice celebrations.

🎶❄️ CALLING ALL WEST COAST MUSICIANS & SINGERS ❄️🎶

The Strahan Winter Solstice Festival is returning from June 19th–21st and organisers are currently looking for local musicians and singers to be part of this year’s celebrations! 🙌🔥

🎤 Soloists & duets are being sought for performances across the weekend at The Huon Pine Shop & Gallery, with opportunities available Friday evening and throughout Saturday & Sunday daytime.
🎵 PA and tech will be provided, with some payment available.

🎶 Love to sing?
Harbour Sounds — Strahan’s local singing group — is also looking for more voices to join the choir for the Solstice Festival and potentially the Festival of Voices West Coast performance in July.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, meet fellow creatives, perform in a beautiful community atmosphere and help make this year’s Winter Solstice extra special ❤️

We’re so excited to officially share our entertainment line-up from Shields Events & Entertainment for this year’s Rosebery Winter Solstice! 🔥🎩❄️

Join us and our amazing community on Saturday June 20th for an afternoon and evening filled with magic, winter vibes, great food, music, fun and community spirit ❤️

🚐 Food vans, entertainers and volunteers are also encouraged to reach out if you’d like to be involved in this growing community celebration!

Looking for a fun, supportive and friendly sport to be part of this season? The Rosebery District Netball Association is welcoming new players for both junior girls and women’s teams! 💚🩷💙

✨ Junior Girls: Ages 12–16
✨ Women: All skill levels welcome
✨ Games played Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm
✨ Uniforms provided by teams

Whether you’re returning to the game, trying netball for the first time, or just looking to meet new people and have some fun — everyone is welcome!
