Council's Customer Service team have been receiving an increasing number of reports of scam calls, where the caller claims to be from Rockhampton Regional Council and is requesting that the customer provide personal information, or they are claiming to be conducting a survey.

If you are concerned that you may have provided personal information on the phone, or you think someone is trying to scam you, please report it immediately.
