I had a beautiful experience at the Tambo bush dance. Ann was at the event to do the welcome to Country. After talking to Ann backstage about her connection to the land, she gifted me this beautiful tree burl that is from a leopard tree of Bidjara Country. The burl has been turned into a bowl, which I will put all my guitar picks, slides, and what not in while I'm on stage. Thank you Ann for being a beautiful human and continuing First Nations culture. I will be sure to carry this piece of your Bidjara Country with pride.
