The third mural complete for this beautiful school.

"7 Days of Creation"

Such a vibrant piece that holds so much meaning.
It has been a pleasure working at St Joseph's Park Avenue Catholic Primary School.

I have incorporated the schools 5 learning dispositions and integrated the schools Catholic faith with culture and story telling spread across three murals. Each mural tells its own story, holds its own meaning and is a piece for the school community to reflect on and connect to.

Art really brings so many elements to a blank space. We love the process, just as much as we love the finished product.

Had to share one of my Fathers Day gifts from my 6 year old daughter.

My four children are my biggest motivation & my greatest achievement.

Happy Fathers Day to all the deadly Dad's out there.
Remember your little people are always watching you.

Edenbrook got their poles transformed & what a difference it made to this space.

This would have to be up there with one of my favourite locations to paint on. It was peaceful, calm, clear & everyone had a smile on their face. Maybe this is one of the happiest places to live in Rockhampton.

Thank you for having me I look forward to our continuing relationship.

To all our amazing clients & followers.

Three years ago we had a vision. A vision of turning Brandon's creative gift and our passion of sharing culture into a business. With little to no expectation we started Gaba Art.

Our main aim has always been to share high quality Aboriginal Art, while staying true to our core values. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to be unindated in a way it has been totally overwhelming.

We have been quiet on this platform as the demand grew we felt the pull to come back to the core of why we started this. We want to only produce the highest quality art, we don't want to take shortcuts. We don't mass produce, we dont paint generic stories & we don't produce unethical low quality art.
Has our communication dropped? Yes, has our turn around times taken longer then expected? Yes.

We want to apologise to our amazing clients and reassure you that the work in the background has not stopped.

The creative process is not something that comes overnight. Each piece of art created at Gaba Art is created for the individual. No two pieces are the same or have the same story. As the saying goes "good things take time".

We will be getting back to emails over the weekend to our clients we are currently working with, & book in dates for those waiting.
We appreciate you.

Proud moment watching my oldest son play basketball in the new junior representative uniforms.

When you reproduce artwork and wear it you are not only wearing a uniform. You are representing the stories the artwork tells.
Always teaching our children to be proud of who they are, stand up for what is right & represent your culture with pride.
