I feel like I should reintroduce myself - hello everyone, my name's Mea, I'm a freelance artist from South Australia, specializing primarily in digital art which has been my medium of choice since 2000, but I love dabbling in a little bit of everything else and experimenting.

I am disabled - permenant nerve damage that's becoming clearly by the day, as well as severe anxiety and depression that interferes with my daily life and leaves me borderline agoraphobic - something I'm still struggling to come to terms with after having a full career cut short through no fault of my own, but I'm doing the best I can to survive in this world just like everyone else. Me, my partner of over 12 years, and my cat-babies.

I make and sell prints of my artwork and make my own stickers by hand, as well as original sculptures, canvases and trading cards; I work on them in my own time when my body allows and list them in my shop - http://phoenixfireart.au - with no set schedule. Just as they get done. And they remain there until someone purchases them.

I take commissions for digital artworks via vGen.co/MeaKitty and Ko-Fi.com/MeaKitty - everything from quick doodles to full blown character illustrations like you see here; bringing a character that's only an idea - or at most a written description - is one of my favourite things to do. Having an idea in your head is different then seeing it laid out before you, and that's the kind of happiness I want to bring to the world with my artwork.

I love fantasy characters and creatures, I'm a huge D&D (and TTRPG) Nerd, I love indie games and developers, and I love supporting my friends. So I'm here asking two things - one, can we be friends? I have so few IRL and I love meeting new people, so if you're a friendly nerd or nerd-adjacent who likes what you see here, feel free to say hello in the comments. Just realised that now I have my printer going again, I can return to offering my BatBoyz prints and stickers that got derailed with the dead of my black ink cartridge - don't worry, I have a ###L one now, and backups of my color cartidges, so if you're interested in getting a print of one or all of my chibi-ish take on the boys, let me know in the comments.
