Honoured to have supported the incredible @137.forging.on whose artistry and humility ignite every space she enters.
Filmed for a University of Melbourne student project in collaboration with this short piece celebrates the soul of craft — patience, fire, and the quiet poetry of creation.

Strength in every layer — body, mind, spirit. 🌿💪✨

Strength doesn’t always look like muscle.
Sometimes, it’s getting back up after life has knocked you flat. 💫
Sometimes, it’s walking into the gym with shaking knees and still showing up. 🖤
Sometimes, it’s letting yourself be seen in all your phases — even the “under-the-surface” ones. 🌑🌸

These “baby muscles” are just the surface story.
What’s really happening here is a timeline shift. ⏳
A rewrite of who I thought I was supposed to be… into who I am. 🌙

🌸 Strength in vulnerability.
🧠 Mental strength to quiet the voices of doubt and anxiety.
🔥 Spiritual strength to hold the vision of the woman I’m still unfolding into.
💪 Physical strength rising — quietly at first, then loud enough to shift everything around me.

And perhaps most importantly — it’s about allowing myself to take up space, unapologetically. 🌹
To stand in my own body, my own power, and say: I belong here.

My beauty has changed as I’ve aged. 🌺
It’s no longer measured by smoothness or symmetry, but by depth, presence, and resilience. By the way I honour my body, my scars, my growth. By the way I allow myself to be both soft and strong, seen and still becoming.

The flex is small. The shift is infinite. 🌌

Seeing 2022 out soaking up some Ions from the sea, sand and sun - it’s been another challenging 12.
There is a glimmer to 2023; getting back to the spiritual practice of ‘making’ and ‘crafting’. Amplifying the beautiful things. The precious things. Being present in my body and getting back in flow. It’s been so nice not being on the socials and loving quietly. The greatest gift really is presence.
