Do you love to get bendy or want to be more flexible ?

Dance Lab has Contortion and Acrobatic Classes with fully qualified teachers to help your dancer fulfil there needs.

We train all levels and love to watch the growth in each student as they take on there own journey.

During these classes we work on building confidence, strength body conditioning control and flexibility of all of the body.

In acrobatics we work on all levels from cartwheels to aerials and flips sequencing tricks together.
