It compares the setting to Guantamo Bay, both actors as utterly convincing and says that Shanley himself would be delighted and proud of their work and that of Director Leslie Simpson. 'The shocking physical scenes were expertly handlled. The sort of production which should have a rest day between performances.' DANNY AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA

Written by Pulitzer Prize and Oscar Winner John Patrick Shanley, who also wrote and directed feature film Doubt (Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman). Shanley’s first electrifying drama burst onto the theatre scene in 1983 and has since become an enduring classic. Explosive, raw, funny and so human it hurts, this is a story that will remain in your memory. Theatre that will get you in the gut.

It's official- WE'RE IN REHEARSAL! After months of planning and organising, our team is together. Ange flew in from New York yesterday and we got straight into rehearsals today. It was exciting to see Ange and Tanya working together for the first time. Leslie was pumped at the end of it. We're up up and awaaaay!
