Most of you see the finished videos but not the struggle that goes on behind the scenes to share my art with you. The raw videos are twice as long, with bits of me trying my best to stay focused. But knowing that you may be inspired by it to pick up a sword and connect with your body makes the struggle worthwhile 😁💕

Fire has a way of revealing what words can’t hold. Creating this performance helped me voice emotions I don’t fully know how to say out loud. Every clash, every swing became a way of externalising what it feels like to face life’s challenges, get knocked down and choose to rise again.
