QAACA Queensland African Arts and Culture Association (QAACA) is an African inspired creative hub based in Queensland, Australia.

We advocate for the social, cultural and economic value of the African arts and creativity within our community and in Australia. We believe that for a people’s voice to be heard, it must be understood and that there is still work to be done within Australian, African communities. Cultural inclusiveness is critical for the health, well-being, self-expression, community identity, and prosperity of

Australian communities now and in the future. Experiencing art, whether via our own creative expression or through other people’s creative work, has value for everyone. We can’t deny that art has emotional, mental, and societal benefits.
