Damian Callinan Comedian's play The Hall Committee, which was commissioned Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre & premiered in Riverina halls in late 2019, is going to be touring Victorian Halls in late 2022 with Regional Arts Victoria's Connecting Places program. There is still time for halls to apply to be part of the tour. If you are on a country hall committee, know someone who is or have managed to get a hall key cut without the Hall President finding out, contact RAV via this link. There are still a few gaps in the tour, but be quick.

Regional Arts Victoria inspires art across the state. Through creative facilitation, touring, education, specialised resources, artistic projects and advocacy, we develop and sustain creative communities and artistic practice all over Victoria.

Half way through their 3 week journey to the planet hub of Greshloot 7, the relocating Caxton Valley AFL teams are able to play their first real round of footy for the season in simulated recreations of their home grounds. Will the Hudsons Flat players emotionally recover from the sustained abuse from the sentient goal posts? Will the on-ship 'Phillip Island Experience' be closed down after the giant penguins turned on the tourists? Why has 'Medical Condition Bingo' become such a hit with the passengers? Don't miss this historic transportation of an entire regional community to a planet entirely unsuited for human habitation. Episode 11 special guest is writer & comedian Penny Tangey with cameos from Stephen Hunter & Andrew McLelland.

After being left off the travel guides & ignored by Wikipedia for the last 2 years, the town folk of Bodgy Creek are back!! The BODGY CREEK COMMUNITY PODCAST has officially landed. The cult hit Bodgy Creek Football Club Podcast has expanded to embrace the wider community to get through these testing times. You'll still hear from Troy Carrington with his weekly Roosters Footy Club Wrap, Warwick Randall hosts 'What's Not On In Bodgy Creek; an old favourite returns with a new segment 'Stan's Buy, Swap & Sell' and there are plenty more additions to the roster to come. There are the usual fake sponsor ads, but we have 'real' sponsors too. This week, thanks to Sandra & Guido Vazzoler we are kindly sponsored by Longleat Wines in Murchison and courtesy of the generosity of Fiona Trembath Grimes & Steve Grimes, Blue Mill Cottages in Bright are supporting us as well. There'll also be a regular guest on the podcast as we interview the artists who had their gigs in Bodgy Creek cancelled due to the pandemic. This week we talk to brilliant singer, songwriter & film score composer David Bridie, who is stuck in Bodgy Creek. His untimely visit to do some media ahead of his gig at the Memo Hall has landed him in self-isolation in Studio 2 at the Bodgy Creek Community Radio Station. Huge thanks to Rams Tap & Benjamin McKenzie for their assistance in getting the podcast up. Click in the link to subscribe & I'll see you at the [virtual] Bottom Pub.

is like Hayley's Comet: it appears in the night sky once very 72 years and ... Ok, it's not like that ... Town Folk is like an only child: spoilt, prone to self absorption and ... OK, I'm tired and my analogies are tangled like a pile of tangled analogies. The point is these shows are a one off so this lovely review from Town Folk Queanbeyan won't get us more tickets sales but it's well written and he liked it.
