In 7 weeks and meeting every Wednesday from 6.30-8.30pm, you'll be given support to try, fly and thrive on different aerials equipment while building strength and flexibility.

Meeting every Tuesday from 6.30-8pm for the next 7 weeks participants will work on balance and wrist and shoulder strength and flexibility.
