PORT VINCENT NEW YEAR DAY FIREWORKS

Notice is given that pursuant to Section 26 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, the Department for Infrastructure and Transport has granted an Aquatics Activity Licence to Bright Star Fireworks to use for fireworks display on an area of water at Port Vincent Breakwater with times and metre radius below.

12.00PM TO 7.00PM WITH A 65 METRE RADIUS AROUND THE END OF THE PORT VINCENT BREAKWATER

7.00PM TO 11.00PM WITH A 300 METRE RADIUS AROUND THE END OF THE PORT VINCENT BREAKWATER

For safety reasons, vessels, and persons other than those participating in the event are prohibited from entering the above area of water, INCLUDING THE LAUNCH OR RECOVERY OF VESSELS between 7.30PM AND 11.00PM ON MONDAY THE 1ST OF JANUARY 2024
