It is time for us to continue our journey... out of Sydney. We are very excited to start a new chapter in the Hunter Valley. We will take some time to define our patisserie project and will keep you posted.
We would like to thank everyone for their trust and support along the way. And to everyone who unconditionally believed in my skills -you know who you are- I am so grateful to have found you on my path.

A good year always starts with the Kings' cake. Traditionally served on January 6th, it is too yummy to limit it just to that day! 😉
Nothing beats home-made puff pastry, filled with almond frangipane. Of course, the one who gets the hidden nut wears the crown. 👑
