Heaven got an angel….but I lost my home.
The 7th December will forever be etched in my mind, I have endured a lot in my life but this moment is my hardest….losing my only home, the place that kept me safe among all the chaos, my soulmate, the confident, my rock, my family… my heart.
How to honour you and all you gave me, when words are just not enough to capture the depths of love I feel for you sweet Penelope.
You created the container that held the safety for me to experience in this life a depth of love I could never imagine possible.
You taught me how rare it is to have such loyalty in this journey of life.
You were my breath when I couldn’t breathe.
You were my heart when it would get broken and couldn’t beat any more.
You were my joy that kept reminding me of the present moment.
After losing so much in my life, you made up for all of it and all the love that I needed to survive this crazy world.
No one could understand the depth of our bond and our love, but us.
It was the honour of my entire lifetime to have shared 16 beautiful years with the most exquisite soul I have ever known.
The soul who had the heart of a lion and the essence of God.
I will never be the same without you.

It was such a honour to present a keynote to AIRAH a wonderful organisation dedicated to supporting WA Women in the industry of air conditioning, refrigeration and more.
They were a wonderful group and a great mix of both men and women.
I shared techniques on the power of alignment versus ambition, finding your voice and well-being techniques for optimising your health.
I also shared a journey of going from receptionist to building a seven figure tech company back in the day and all the lessons I learned from that.
Thank you so much for having me ☺️

Lately, I’ve been sitting with the current of change.
Sometimes life moves in ways that feel uncertain, like the tide pulling us in a direction we didn’t expect. And yet, just as the ocean never resists the shore, there’s a quiet wisdom in learning how to flow rather than fight.
Over the past few months, I’ve been connecting deeply with the element of water, letting it teach me how to soften, surrender, and trust in movement. It’s become a mirror for navigating change, a reminder that even in times of turbulence, stillness always exists beneath the surface.
This weekend’s sound immersion is an invitation to come into that same stillness.
To meet the waves of life with grace.
To let the sound wash through you, clearing, soothing, and returning you home to yourself.
We’ll weave together frequency, ancient instruments, and intention to help you realign with your natural rhythm, the one that exists beyond deadlines, decisions, and distraction.
If you’ve been feeling change stirring in your own life, or simply craving a moment to exhale, this experience was created for you.

Dear Friends
If you are feeling the 'feels' lately of so much going on around you, the world feeling like it's spinning faster and time speeding up, you aren't alone.
Which is why it's so important to take time out to replenish and nourish and slow down time.
Last month we didn't have a session due to a full calendar but it was pushed back to November.
This upcoming event is an invitation to step into a space of timelessness.
I will bring instruments close to you so you can feel the shift in vibration and frequency, so you can drop into a place where time and space doesn't exist.
Through sound, intention, and a shared container, we’ll explore how cultivating this space for us to slow down the faster pace, and in turn help the planet do the same.

Well the journey to getting to this point was really something that I fought tooth and nail the entire way. Why did I fight it? Because I thought I had to be a successful business woman...which in many respects I did achieve having built a multi million dollar company, global charitable organisation and building companies for 15 year..... and then losing everything including my identity.... knowing the wisdom that in order for us to grow into the new version of ourselves we must we willing to let go of what we thought we knew about our life. So this page...is a metaphorical symbol of me letting go and following that inner voice that gets louder and louder until I actually DO something about it.
My relationship with music started before I was born, with a deeply caring mother who would put earphones on her belly with classical music playing to help me relax, and my rock star father coming home after a gig with his well known band and changing the music on the headphones to rock and roll. Which didn’t impress my sleeping mother having woken to kicks from me in her belly, very likely me dancing along to the music. Needless to say my curiosity and eclectic taste in music was thanks to my very early introduction to it.
From musical instruments and high quality sound systems scattered around the house, going to recording studios and hopping up on stage with my ‘rock star’ dad, to having gatherings at our house with some of the most famous and talented musicians in their time jamming the night away. It was fair to say my early days of exposure laid the foundation for a true depth and technical appreciation for every sound. Little did I know, it would also be the fundamental tool to my evolutionary journey.
My ancient origins from a tribe called the Ngapuhi influenced my now born creations of sound combined with the talents of my french operatic great great grandmother who once travelled with the great Caruso.
My teens I spent listening to everything from Bach and Mozart to Snoop Dogg and Tupac. I played in orchestra’s and then went to play into pop bands travelling around Australia in the back of a truck with a harmonica and other musicians.
I came close to a record deal for my original works, meeting with the top A&R Managers in the day… yet something still didn’t seem to flow. It was like that annoying little thorn in your side that you kind of notice, but subtle enough that you can conveniently ignore it.
When I arrived to this work that I now offer...I hadn’t sung for at least 10 years because I was busy being a business woman.
And it was such an eclectic collection of sounds and science that I just didn’t know what bucket my work fell into....it was in essence...label-less.
The closest I could find was a frequency musician...I love the science of sound and I love the ancient wisdom of sound that flows through me when I work, transforming the beautiful souls that lay before me wandering into the world of inner peace.
So this is my offering...inner peace, inner journeys that connect to the collective journey.
Join me as I now take this offering around the world, so far my collaborative works were heard in Paris, New York and Florida as well as Australia Wide. Join me and let’s see where it goes from here...
