We’ve had a few questions regarding the junior short course versus long course and we hope this helps.

Yes, quads, two wheelers and teams run together but there are different prize categories.
Each rider/team are given a transponder on their bike that tracks their laps and times.

The short course is for under 12s and will run over the MX track. There is some sand but it’s not too hard and beginners can accomplish it.

The long course is for under 16s and will included the South Pony. We know this may be quite a challenge but we needed to make it harder for the older kids and spread out the racers. We don’t recommend small wheelers or beginners try this.

We will have many sweep riders and helpers spread out over the tracks with two-ways to help any of the kids out and to seek help if we have any injuries or broken down bikes.

We have a great list of sponsors and prizes for this year and are super excited to have you.

We even have some great donations for a raffle that we sell tickets over the weekend and we will announce the winner Sunday afternoon. 👏

And we are live!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s that time of the year again - the Woodridge Pony Express planning is in full swing and we’re getting excited!

Remember the dates:
- Saturday 26th September Juniors
- Sunday 27th September Seniors

Entry fees - Seniors $100 and Juniors $50

Camping available both Friday and Saturday nights - $10 per night camping fee and camping bookings essential via [email protected]

Event details:
- Race registration via WASE Timing. Ticketed racing event with track dedicated for this purpose.
- Free riding at the Committee discretion at the end of formal racing.
- Gate will be open for registered campers from 3pm Friday.
- Gate open for all ticketed racing participants from 6.30am Saturday and 6.30am Sunday.
- Canteen and bar open Saturday and Sunday
- Bonfire
