We have just released our April and May social pop-ups which will be held at the stunning Goolugatup Heathcote Arts Centre in Applecross in one of their large spacious halls.
YES, they will be fabulous, creative + fun,
YES you will learn a thing or two or ten about drawing, feeling a whole lot more confident about the whole idea of it by the time you leave,

Art within Art immersive workshop at AGWA with Charcoal and Champagne
VIDEO 🎬 Creativity in action!
As part of the recent “In the studio: Lucien Freud & Rose Boyt” exhibition at the Art Gallery of WA, Charcoal and Champagne were invited to be part of a special life-drawing immersive experience.
Guests were invited to join Curator Dunja Rmandic to discuss the A-list artwork “Naked man with rat” by Lucian Freud, and a series of newly acquired black and white photographs by Rose Boyt, providing an intimate window into the studio during Freud’s painting process.
The artist talk was then followed by an interactive life-drawing workshop where creativity coach & artist Aneta Wnek from @charcoalandchampagne took participants on a creative journey.
Whilst drawing inspiration from Lucian Freud’s own philosophies, guests explored their own creative styles, a variety of techniques and shifting of mindset designed to encourage their own creative practice. 👩🎨🥂🖼👨🎨
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and joined us at this fabulous event and took on Aneta's creative challenges.
I hope you enjoy this little snapshot from the evening which was a real treat for all, especially as this was the first time such a workshop was held within an actual exhibition space within the Gallery.

Yes there were a few nerves, but how quickly they dissipated as the couple’s dove into the creative challenges and the laughter took over!
So much fun taking this bunch on our ‘Creative Journey’ - and LOVED cooking up some extra special treats to really get these lovers connecting and swimming through some beautifully vulnerable moments as they created memories they’ll be giggling about for years to come 👩❤️👨👩❤️👩👨❤️👨
