So much FUN! 🙌 We absolutely LOVED taking the team from SHQ - Sexual Health Quarters on one of our cheeky Charcoal and Champagne ‘creative journey’s’ which are jam-packed with creative-challenges designed to push even a group of doctors and nurses right outside of their comfort zones as part of a social team-building day just before Chrissy! 🎄

You can imagine the medical field can be a highly stressful industry with so much pressure on getting things ‘right’ … being ‘perfect’ … ‘control’! 🙌

And so, it is an absolute joy to provide this unique space for such individuals where they can literally ‘unplug’ their digits from that reality and instead get them a little dirty working with charcoal … to step into a space where they are reminded of what it means to play, create, to be curious … a space where there is no ‘right or wrong’!

On another note, yes, there is no doubt they know the anatomy of the human body back to front … but here they are invited to engage with the human and the n**e in a completely different and new way shown in studies to build empathy.

GIGGLES? 😂🤣 You can’t miss them in the video – there was no shortage of belly laughs as these ladies unleashed their inner-artists … and so many of them genuinely surprising themselves at the masterpieces they managed to create as they ‘let go’ of all that stuff in their heads and connected to the process.

Thank you everyone for coming along on the creative journey and allowing yourself to work through the confronting, difficult and vulnerable … and coming out the other side of it having really achieved some fabulous things! 👩‍🎨
