Hello everyone, tomorrow we will be hosting our Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we will decide on a variety of proposals listed in our agenda including the possible mergence with MPAC.

Everyone is welcome to attend. We particularly encourage members of MPAC and other guild affiliated clubs to attend.

Afterwards we will be hosting our final workshop of the semester in the Theaterette around the corner. The AGM will be hosted in 430.1.009 from 1:00-2:30pm.

If you are interested Murdoch is looking for people to be extras on a shoot this Monday from 2:45pm onwards.

Selected shots will be broadcasted, meaning you may see yourself on T.V and can use this content for your professional portfolio.

This is a great opportunity and it's only open to Murdoch students so if you want to get your foot in the door this is a great place to start.

Based on a true story of grief, adversity, and an abundance of love, ๐˜๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ด captures the emotional journey of Lillian after her husband, George, mistakes her for his own mother. The film dives into Lillianโ€™s reluctant journey to acceptance, exploring the resilience of their love amidst adversity, and reminds us that joy and connection can be found in the simplest of moments.

CHARACTERS:
Doctor (male, 50-60): minor speaking role. Sympathetic doctor who tries to help Lillian.

Young George (male, 18-25): minor role with 1 speaking line. In love with Young Lillian.

Looking for actors for a SCR222 student short film 'Self Control', a 2-3 minute production in 16:9 HD format.

Filming will take place in Perth, with auditions on September 5th and call-backs on September 7th.

The story follows Shaun, a wealthy and well-dressed man, and Eliza, a gym enthusiast, as they reunite months after a messy break-up. When they reunite Shaun appears with a box with her name on it, much to the displeasure of Eliza.

This is an unpaid role.

Hello everyone, we have an exciting message to share with you all from the marketing department!

The Murdoch Uni marketing department are planning a new campaign and in need of students to take part in the filming. There are 3 main leads required and a lot of extras. The filming will take place on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th September. If you're interested, please email [email protected] by this Friday 12noon with your name and email address. Theyโ€™ll then add your name to the audition list which will occur week commencing 2 September via Zoom, and be in touch with more details.
