All classes are currently lead by Lola Cherry Cola, a dynamite on the Perth burlesque scene. We have 3 core burlesque courses:
•Vixen (focussing on basic dance and movement for beginners)
•Vamp (geared towards all elements of performance for intermidiates)
•Virtuoso (for advanced levels and experienced performers to fine tune their skills)
We also run a casual weekly class, Tease and Burn, a sexy
and fun showgirl workout, and an occasional Burlesque Basics Bootcamp to isolate technique and muscle groups all at the same time. Both of these classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced performers. We also run out Burlesque School of Business, a special course teaching the business behind burlesque and all the hints and tips to be successful. Everything from networking and presenting as a professional performer, to booking gigs and invoicing. This class is recommended for experienced performers, either the amateur or semi professional, and anyone interested or curious about being serious in the burly business. Throughout the year we will also be conducting speciality or themed workshops. We are currently running classes in Joondalup and Bedford, with plans to expand into the Eastern and Southern suburbs. We will also be running some special weekend workshops in rural town centres all around WA - watch this space! Our classes are targeted to very broad spectrums of experience levels - so if you have two left feet, these are the classes for you!
