Very encouraging reading of F***y Beware yesterday. Thanks to the actors Cara Philips, Daniel Buckle, Brian Liau, Monica Main and Ian Toyne who lent their voices to the characters and the guests, Hellie Turner, Leah Mercer and Michael Barlow for their feedback. Thank you also to dramaturg Jeremy Rice and Stages WA without whom it would not have got this far.

STAGES WA has just approved Stage 2 funding for a Round Table reading for a new work called "F***y Beware" by Shirley Van Sanden. The play is a tongue in cheek look at organised religion and contains puppets, nuns and dirty dancing. The work is still in the early stages of development, but there may be a new Blue Moose production in the pipeline. Don't hold your breath because it took a long time for "The Warrior and The Princess" to see the stage lights!
