🎉 Richard’s 50th at Maylands Yacht Club

When Richard sent through his music selections, I knew it was going to be a great night. From throwbacks and classics to modern bangers, his friends and family came prepared, and they didn’t miss. Being from the UK, it was a treat digging into some old-school favourites. When some of the guests requested everything from classic anthems to a few cheeky Drum and Bass, Jungle, and Garage throwbacks, it got me pretty excited. This is the 3rd 50th I’ve done this year, I swear they are the new 21sts! It was a true pleasure being the DJ for Richard, and it was awesome to see him sing pretty much every song I played consistently during the last hour. 🎶

🌅 Sarah & Blake in Broome

There’s nothing like a Broome wedding to wrap up a wild season. The colours, the sunsets, are simply amazing. The groom’s a massive Pendulum fan, so naturally we turned up the Drum & Bass dial, 45 minutes of straight DnB chaos to finish the night. They didn’t have a last song picked, so I locked in Wilkinson Afterglow, and it couldn’t have hit harder. The guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, and honestly, same. Massive shoutout to Emma The Celebrant who smashed the ceremony and to the whole team.🔥

Big love to these absolute legends for having me DJ their wedding. I kid you not, the groom’s dad literally hit a backflip mid-reception. That’s when we all knew this one was built different. 🥖Sunday was the last of the triple header wedding weekend and it was the perfect way to finish. Louise and Ethan were such a lovely couple and as I kept saying on the night, “not bad for a Sundeee.” was immaculately decorated by Veils and Vibes and wow was it impressive. Their MC was such a vibe and he really lifted the energy ready to kick off the dance floor. You’d think after 3 weddings, you’d slow down but their guests partied so hard, there was no chance to step back. The amount of singing, dancing and guest feedback made the night so enjoyable for me. Even the venue manager said it was the best music she’d heard which I really appreciated. Honestly, buzzing after such a great week of weddings🥰

👯‍♀Nikita and Mark absolutely destroyed their dance floor on Saturday night and it was a pleasure to be both their MC and DJ. I put in some serious practice the whole way to the venue to nail the pronunciation of the guest speakers names and then I got to experience some Ukranian bangers which absolutely turned the dance floor up to 11. It was a nice intimate events with an exclusive guest list but when ripped in with his sax, it really got going. As the sun set on Coast Port Beach, the guests bought the vibe with a solid core group of the bridal party dancing non-stop from start to finish. What an awesome night and thank you to Streamline Entertainment for the hook up🎷

💒 On Friday I was back at Caversham House for the wedding of Rochelle and Matthew. It was a great way to kick off a huge weekend of 3 weddings. The dance floor was dominated by the parents who showed the younger generation how to really bust a move. It was a real family event with an awesome vibe from start to finish and it was great to work with such a lovely couple on their dream day🙂
