Tourism Business Survival Grant Program - Applications Open
The Tourism Business Survival Grant Program is now open for online applications through Tourism WA's corporate website.
The program’s aim is to ensure a viable tourism industry in Western Australia, enabling the survival of businesses that attract visitors to the State.
Grants of $25,000 to $100,000 are available from a $4 million funding pool to support tourism businesses that can demonstrate extreme hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The funds can be used to help with survival and recovery costs including fixed costs and overheads (storage, insurance, maintenance, rent etc.); adapting products and experiences to the domestic market; reinstating operations and licensing systems; staff recruitment and training as well as promotional and advertising activities.

The WA Tourism Recovery Fund, which launched on May 13, is still open for applications until 6pm this Friday, June 12, 2020. This one-off cash payment is all about aiding the recovery of small tourism businesses with a quick cash injection.
Remember, if you’ve been successful in receiving funds from the WA Tourism Recovery Fund, you can still apply for a Tourism Business Survival Grant, so check your eligibility and if appropriate, submit an application for one or both grants.
