Today is ARE YOU OK? day. Check in with a friend you haven't heard from in awhile, or a family member or maybe just ask yourself how you're doing... Mental illness fu***ng sucks - it's lonely and isolating. It's hard to ask for help when you feel like the whole world is your fault. It's not rational, it doesn't think clearly, it's FU**ED. I've (ryan) suffered from it for most of my life though what gets me through the doom is all the people around me who show love and support and don't believe the voice in my head that tells me I'm bad. So, if I can ask anything, be that friend, or family member, or stranger that's asks ARE YOU OK - you might not realise it now, though it's actually really easy to help save a life. And if you're feeling down or blue yourself, don't be scared or afraid to ask for help - we're here for you 💜
