My name is Juliana 🧙‍♀️
I'm a Brazilian Zumba Instructor who lived and taught in Sydney for 7 years, and I've just moved to Rockingham with my husband, our 3 homeschooling boys, expecting our 4th child + 🐶 & 😺

I value women's freedom to move, birth, mother, connect and live in the sovereign, health and joyful way that we were divinely created to, and it's been one of my dreams to truly connect with like-minded sisters 💖

Craving Zumba and embracing my audacious and vulnerable desire, I'd like to warmly invite you to a summer of Dance & Connection (and therefore magical healing) at the park 🏞️💃💞🦋🏞️

All welcome to rise & dance while our little ones join us or play around at the playground and everyone bond through great music, movement and early sunshine!

🌻 SATURDAY 8AM
Zumba Women Circle
All women welcome to rise & dance getting present in our bodies, followed by a 1h circle by the lake where I'll lead us to share our self-healing journeys and the wisdom we're gaining from our lives experiences!

💚 Please note that all sessions are FREE 40min Zumba Gold: low impact version perfect for beginners, young at heart seniors, and the ones who prefers to take it on the lighter side

💞 kids AND caregivers Class
💕 All kid is required to have a caregiver, that can be the same one for more than one kid :)
🧡 All adults are required to book & pay
💚 Kids 17 and under don't need to book and are FREE
eg: grandma can bring all her grandkids, booking and paying for herself only
🤗 No kids? Bring your inner child, a water bottle and a smile!

Grab the KIDS and MOVE TOGETHER like no one's watching!

Zumba Kids is the dance-fitness party where we play it loud and rock with friends to our own rules. It features kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography with easy to follow steps and lots of fun into the 45 minutes Class, incorporating key childhood development elements like confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness and much more!

See why Zumba Kids is a perfect fit for school holidays:

- Social: children engage in social interaction with peers through singing, dancing, and playing together.
- Emotional: children identify different emotions through use of different rhythms in class, creating intentional shifts in their mood.
- Fine + Gross Motor Skills: it activates their small and large muscle groups with vibrant movement, choreography, and play.
- Cognitive: it promotes the use of reason and logic by identifying music patterns and it also enhances language skills by repeating sounds through my specially choreographed songs.

Plus the freedom within the Class structure is also an important concept, as we know that each child learns in a different way. Whether some children may watch, some participate, and some may wander the room, or maybe a little combination of all, it’s all age-appropriate and encouraged! So all levels of dance ability are welcome!

A caregiver is not only required but will have the most fun workout too! In fact, the beauty about this Class is that it's interactive & bonding! Mums, grandmas and their children will get the most out of the session and enjoy themselves in this carefully designed Class to promote a mix of trending and completely original music, keeping both children AND their caregivers fully engaged throughout the entire Class!

I wanted to THANK YOU for DANCING together for one more year! Thank you for keeping showing up for our full body playout that wakes up all parts of our bodies (+minds&hearts), our body movement & music that reconnect us to ourselves and to each other!

As I'm SO excited to finally visit my family in Brazil, I'm also beyond grateful for you to be like family to me in Australia 💞 I wish you the most beautiful Christmas 💝 Looking forward to resume dancing with you from Term 1 next year 😉

Being truly healthy + joyful + aware + connected to myself and others is why I dance 🦋 it's why I am me 💛
Bringing true health + joy + awareness + connection is why I'm a Dance Instructor ⭐ it's why I share who I am 🌻

I just LOVE to express myself through dance 🤸‍♀️ I love the magical energy of music flowing in the hall while I witness how people go from "I can't dance" to the realisation that there's nothing happier than feeling FREE to express themselves in the most authentic way they CAN!

And when it comes to HEALTH + JOY + CONNECTION, almost nothing is as essential as being active and sharing positive social interaction as we do in our Zumba Family 💞 Aside from sheer joy, dance offers countless benefits, from cognitive improvements to strengthen the heart and lungs and help in building stronger bones 🧠💓💪
Thanks to Cafe SI:ZAC, after class we catch up with sunlight and vitamin D for cardiovascular and immune health 🌞 The kind staff lovingly prepare our coffees and teas, and our time at the cafe is a habit rooted in letting go of constantly "doing", instead we just "be". We simply sit together and enjoy, in joy 😋

I appreciate SO VERY MUCH each & all of my students for sharing together with me these essential keys for living a fullfilled life 💖

📣 A friendly reminder that there is NO Classes during school holidays 💚 We are BACK on WED 27/Apr

After everything we went through last year, I can't help feeling so truly thankful for you! For dancing Term 1 together! The ones always there by my side, the ones we were missing but that have been returning, and for the new smiles we've been lucky to welcome! Having my mum here to start 2022 with and dancing with you this Term means the world to me and brings me SO much energy! THANKS for being there 💛 I'm looking forward to retribute it 💞 I love you, each and as my community, more than you would know!

A first & last Class at once 🙌
Today I taught my first live Class for the last 6 months!!!!!! and my last Class for the year ☺️

I'm now ready for a sabbatical from work and social medias, and most precious time with my family, including my mum landing in Aus on Xmas Eve 🎅 meeting our baby for the first time and being with my boys and I 🙏

I'll hopefully be back from Term 1 of 2022 with:
