📢📢📢Hot off the press - designs released!

New designs for the Perth Cultural Centre rejuvenation project were released today and we’re so excited to share these.

Lush greenery, landscaped pathways and additional shaded areas will refresh the precinct area to create a welcoming precinct for families, tourists and lovers of art and culture.

The underutilised rear of the Art Gallery will be transformed into a nature-filled escape with new sculpture art and will become a cultural space for festivals and community events.

Other improvements include service facilities to enable hospitality activations, a new large screen for broadcasting of events, and improved safety enhancements including lighting, safety bollards and accessible walkways.
Work is set to begin in January 2025 and cultural institutions will remain open and accessible during this time.

From October 1 to 4, Perth Cultural Centre will burst into vibrant life with our BLOOM into the Cultural Centre program! Join us during the second week of the spring school holidays for a week full of free, interactive art and culture experiences for all ages.

Everlasting Flower Making Workshop - Duration: 30 minutes

Dive into the art of crafting realistic paper daisies with expert artisans from Jotterbook Flowers. Using premium tools and materials, participants will learn step-by-step techniques to create beautiful, everlasting blooms. This workshop promises a relaxing and creative experience. This is for both adults and kids!

Nature’s Creative Corner: Kids’ Workshops - Duration: 1 hour

Effective from this week, the iHub will be open from Wednesday to Saturday, maintaining our existing hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
