Google Photos made me a little memory from over the years 😍.
For anyone that knows me and remembers, I had a car accident on the way to a New Years festival 5 years ago.
I still try my best but the amount of hooping and performing has definitely been less over the years due to pain.
Currently laying in bed after another surgery last week to help with pain management so this little memory was great to remind me that I will get back there again, eventually!.
Healing takes time 💕💫.

I always laugh at myself when I say I’m a performer.
Really I just get up there and have a time to the music with things in my hand.
Sometimes alittle too fast, sometimes a little too crazy.
My daughter says I’m vibing. I have a vibe style.
How can I not when I’m up there with my partner in crime.

Well that was fun!.
Getting back on stage after so much time processing, healing, learning.
Learning to live with a broken heart is hard but being back out in a state of flow getting lost in music was good.

Guess what!? It’s time 😱😃😍⬇️
Do you need some help finding your own unique flow flavour? Or maybe you just want to add some spice to what you’re already serving? Come and join the in the hoop kitchen to mix it up.
The challenge is all about fun, exploration, and trying new things as the Mermaid Squad share what inspires their unique flow whilst encouraging you to find and celebrate your own special sauce.
All skill levels are encouraged to join as the challenge is about being playful and creative and connecting with and developing your own flow style.
The flow kitchen is a place to try out different ingredients and experiment with combinations. We will share a mixture of tutorials, prompts, and insights, but there is no perfect recipe for flow and we want to see your own interpretations and concoctions.
Entry requirements:
1. Must be following all 10 hosts
2. Must like the original flyer on the Mermaid Hooping]]]]] page and share to your stories or wall (tag Mermaid Hooping]]]]] so I see it)
3. Tag two friends on the original flyer on the Mermaid Hooping]]]]] page

Im bring brave today.
Heading to with friends.
It feels weird planning to go out when I just want things the way they were before.
But, I’m up, I’m dressed and I had a little flow with these brand new props to get me moving, like the old days.
I love them, I think they will help me to find myself in music and dance once more.
