Forty years is no small feat.

Since 1986, has quietly become one of Western Australia's most celebrated wineries, earning a reputation for producing wines that speak for themselves.

To mark the occasion, we're dedicating the final day of NOM NOM Festival to them, with a long lunch built around some of their favourite drops and a menu designed to match.

Expect 18 oysters to practise on, an Aperol Spritz on arrival, your own shucking knife to take home, and an afternoon learning from Perth's Oyster King.

Places are intentionally limited to keep each workshop hands-on.

This July, Catherine Summers returns to The Red Room with her jazz quartet for an afternoon of festive favourites, warm hospitality and nostalgic charm. Settle in with a mulled wine and let the music do the rest.
