The Learning Curve: LIVE MODELS 👩🏻🎨
Watching a treatment is helpful yes! but watching someone else do it is very different from confidently doing it yourself….
In this episode, I’m coaching my student through the treatment while giving her the opportunity to take the lead. I’m there to guide, support and step in when needed, but not to take over. 🖤
Hands-on training is where the real learning happens. 🎨
You develop your hand control, pressure, stretch, machine movement and decision-making by actually working on the a client not just observing from the sidelines.
Don’t get me wrong! Visual learning is a fantastic tool, especially for artists who already have a foundation in PMU but for beginners, personalised guidance and practical experience are essential i beleive. 🖤
Every student learns differently, and your training should include the support you need to build confidence safely and correctly.
That’s what makes AE Academy different: I don’t just demonstrate a treatment and send you on your way. I coach you through the process, answer your questions, correct your technique and give you the space to grow into the artist you’re becoming.
Confidence doesn’t come from watching. It comes from doing! with the right support beside you. 👩🏻🎨
