So often we put other people's needs before our own. It's ok to take a little break. You may be feeling the urge to spend some time alone today. Don't feel guilty. Taking time for yourself is not selfish, it's essential.

Fear of the unknown, failure, fear of change, fear of making a mistake & fear of what other's may think.

When we hide behind that wall of fear we not only slow down our growth & transformation but we attract what we fear the most. We end up in situations where our fears are validated.

So that wall that you built to protect yourself does not keep out the unknown, it only keeps you imprisoned behind it and in a constant cycle of challenges and frustration, wondering why things never seem to get better.

Are you always doubting your intuition? Perhaps your in denial about something that deep down you just 'know' to be true. Allow yourself to trust this gut feeling. Sometimes it may not make sense on a rational level, yet deep inside, at the core of your being, you know that your correct.

Remember to also not let others around you try to convince you to doubt your own instincts. What's right for one person, may not be right for another!
