WA Chinese Orchestra proudly presents ‘Strings of the Jianghu’, to be held on Saturday, 22 August 2026, at 6:30 pm at Hadley Hall, Methodist Ladies' College.
This special concert brings together distinguished artists and outstanding ensembles from Perth, celebrating the unique beauty, vitality, and enduring influence of Chinese traditional music through the expressive sounds of string instruments.
We are honoured to welcome Mr. YANG Chunlin, a National First-Class Conductor and Composer from China, as our guest conductor. Joining him are renowned musicians from Malaysia and some of Western Australia's finest Chinese instrumentalists, who will present an inspiring programme showcasing the rich heritage and contemporary spirit of Chinese orchestral music.
