Blast over progress for Warren. These 🌟work in progress🌟 blast overs are simply put, tattoos over other tattoos. They aren’t trying to cover the old tattoos underneath, more so, just an overlay of design. These types of designs can take multiple sessions and be a lot of progress. Like cover up tattoos, many sessions to make the opaque greys and whites pop over dark older tattoos. Covering a old Bali tattoo
