Life of Pablo vs ANTI
Alright to kick of our musical spiels, im gonna give you my opinion of the two albums, I've put em against each other as the releases were relatively close and they reppin the same familia. Anyway to the realness.
We'll begin by looking at Rihannas release... Consideration brings the album to the right start, but the track that brought most of us to this piece is Work Work Work Work, an absolute banger which could still be improved from a vocal perspective I.e the song can be sung in many better ways imo. In essence I think this album is pretty dope BUT predominantly the first half the second 8 tracks get very slow and vocal jams.. You know the type your mum likes. I find this album hard to listen to straight through without skipping tracks. The other stand out tunes I believe are; Yeah I said it, Needed Me and desperado for the bangers and close to you as the stand out slow jam! I'd rate this album about 5/10 on the Chilla scale with only hardcore fans being the few bumping it straight through. Hopefully the next album she does is a bit more vibey, and gets better the more listens rather than worse.

"Yeezy Yeezy Yeezy just ripped off that jumpman.." although facts is on there, Pablo actually is one of those instant classic albums I found. Ultralight beams being the first tune which I bet u still humming occasionally is a bloody track, my friend Johnny Chaingang(s/o) was saying it's north west making the kid sounds n s**t but I don't know if I believe him still lol ! The way Kanye has progressed as an artist over the past 10 years is huge, I initially thought hed do most of the production but he did outsource to some of his preferred producers and put in his Yeezy touch to get the sound sounding like something Ye would do. I will admit I still listen to this album almost daily straight through at times skipping facts ofc. But most tracks are really killers here.. From the panda 🐼 sample that's got people having broads in Atlanta. Kanye did this song justice too I feel as it wasnt that great tbh being too repetitive without flare. Kanye appeals to humor on many tracks such as famous talking about swifty and feedback talking bout the ghetto Oprah..reminiscent of Chris Rocks bit on blame game few albums back, to ripping on the fans like us on I love Kanye cause we all know we've said we miss the old Kanye lol ! Yeezy taught himself well! There's a song called low lights the prelude to high light. This is an absolute banger of a riddim. I hope someone drops real bars over that tune so dope. I'd rate this album a steady 9/10 on the Chillzcale and recommend u to ' purchase' lol my first impressions weren't as good as I chose freestyle 4 to listen to first which was a bad choice lol. The other stand out tracks 30 hours, wolves+franks, real friends, no more parties, fml once weekend drops in and father stretch my hands pt 2. I do think the song fade doesn't really fit in as well as the rest of them sounds like it'd be better if performed by Rihanna on Anti think about it seriously....
