The Dance Workshop specialises in classes for adults 18+ through to mature age students for any level of dance. We offer classes in HIP HOP, CLASSICAL BALLET, JAZZ, BOLLYWOOD, FLAMENCO, CONTEMPORARY, TAP, and STILETTOS

You can attend classes casually, or sign up for a 6-week term to receive a discount, or pay to access an unlimited number of classes per week.

Starting from the week of 14 September, these courses are designed to help you build confidence, develop strong technique and deepen your understanding of movement in a supportive adult learning environment. Our adult ballet classes combine the grace, precision and strength that make ballet the ultimate foundation for movement. You’ll build posture, balance and core control while learning elegant steps, flowing port de bras and beautiful turns in a friendly and encouraging environment. At The Dance Workshop, our beginner classes are designed especially for adults who are new to dance, returning after years away or simply looking for a welcoming place to move, learn and have fun.
To begin, you really don't need; dance experience, flexibility or fancy clothes to dance in.
