It’s an opportunity for us DnB fans to get together, get a bit of exercise, have fun, get some feel good hormones running through our bodies, and have a laugh. A transformative exercise and dance experience designed to utilise the power of drum & bass music and movement to elevate
your mood, improve physical fitness and enhance your overall well-being. No matter your age, fitness level or perceived dance abilities (everyone can dance!).
