A day filled with laughter, teamwork, camaraderie, good energy and friendly competition. It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy some quality time together.

Last month, our Directors Dale Foster, Melvin Kumar, and James McNulty spent a few days in Manila with the Decobu team.

The visit provided an opportunity for our senior engineers and directors to come together, discuss the challenges we're tackling, share ideas, and align on the strategic direction of the business. The conversations were engaging, collaborative, and reinforced the depth of talent we have across the entire Decobu team.

We also stepped away from the office for a day dedicated to team building. Investing time in strengthening relationships is just as important as delivering great engineering outcomes, and it was fantastic to see everyone connect outside of the workplace.

With new leaders joining the business and exciting opportunities ahead, it's an exciting time to be part of Decobu. We're looking forward to building on this momentum together as one team.
