Inspired by true events, this world premiere by award-winning playwright Tom Holloway is a gripping psychological thriller about the birth of AI, and the ethical consequences of outsourcing our humanity.

Dr Joseph Weizenbaum (Dan Spielman: Black Snow), a brilliant professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, carries the trauma of a childhood fleeing N**i Germany. When he begins testing a new computer program designed to simulate talk therapy – using details of the private life of his secretary Becky (Manali Datar: The Wrong Gods) – the lines between code and connection begin to blur.

The project is lauded by his research assistant (Hamish Michael: The Twelve) and his colleagues, but as wider interest in his breakthrough intensifies, Weizenbaum begins to question the true cost of his innovation.

🌟NEW TOUR🌟

🌈AVENUE Q - AUSTRALIAN TOUR 2027
GMG Productions and Stoddart Entertainment Group Present
Avenue Q Australia & NZ
GMG Productions Australia & New Zealand
Stoddart Entertainment Group
Jessica Bendell Publicity

Packed with mischief, bad behaviour, political incorrectness and songs you probably shouldn’t sing at work, the Tony Award winning musical Avenue Q is returning to Australia from May 2027.

An all-news Australian production, Avenue Q will be directed by Luke Joslin, who is returning to the block in a sort of landlord capacity as Director, after playing Trekkie Monster in the original Australian production.
Hilarious, cheeky and uproariously entertaining, with a cast of 11 hugely talented performers and puppets,Avenue Qis the musical like no other and above all, is very, very funny.

Fresh out of college with a useless degree, big dreams and absolutely no idea what he’s doing, Princeton moves to New York City and winds up on Avenue Q. There he meets a neighbourhood of puppet misfits trying to figure out the same things the rest of us are: how to find a job, fall in love, pay the bills, survive adulthood and maybe stop looking at p**n for five minutes. Spoiler: they’re not particularly good at any of it.

Featuring hysterically funny songs including The Internet is for Porn and Everyone’s A Little Bit Racist, Avenue Q is a hilarious musical with a warm (and very fuzzy) heart.

🪴LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS
National Tour 2027
Little Shop of Horrors Australia
Woodward Productions

After a sold out run in Brisbane in early 2026 a new national tour of the smash hit musical Little Shop Of Horrors has been announced for 2027.

Today, Woodward Productions confirms that the much-loved production is finally on the move, set to play strictly limited seasons in Hobart, Melbourne and Wollongong, with additional cities rumoured for 2027.

Equal parts hilarious, camp, and sci-fi horror, this high-octane spectacle blends B-movie mayhem, outrageous comedy, and jaw-dropping puppetry with a killer score of ‘60s pop, doo-wop, and rock ‘n’ roll. Little Shop of Horrors is the ultimate cult classic about ambition,
greed, and the terrifying cost of getting everything you ever wanted.

Featuring irresistible hits like “Suddenly Seymour”, “Feed Me (Git It)” and “Dentist!”, this gleefully gory musical blends 60s pop, doo-wop and rock ‘n’ roll with outrageous comedy, camp charm and jaw-dropping puppetry.

Woodward Productions Founder and Producer Alex Woodward said he was excited to tour this new, full-scale Australian version of Little Shop of Horrors, following its sell-out season at Brisbane’s QPAC :“Little Shop of Horrors was one of the first shows I’d seen that had me completely rapt. It had that same effect on audiences when we staged it in Brisbane, so we can’t wait for Melbourne and Hobart to experience the magic mix of elaborate plant puppetry and a deranged dentist that has garnered such a cult following for more than 40 years, ” said Woodward.

AUSTRALIAN BAROQUE
Aaron Wyatt
Pretzel Communications

Landmark collaboration reimagines Vivaldi through a Noongar lens.

Australian Baroque, winner of the recent Pinnacle Award for Producer of the Year 2026, presents the Perth Premiere of The Six Noongar Seasons.

Audiences were taken through a journey through cycles of heat and rain, abundance and renewal, joy and reflection, experiencing the landscape through a uniquely Noongar perspective. The work explores the deep connection between people, place and seasonality, capturing moments both dramatic and intimate.

Six extraordinary concertos written by acclaimed Noongar composer, Aaron Wyatt accompanied by six
evocative new poems by Gina Williams AM, performed by Australian Baroque with violin soloist Helen Kruger, in collaboration with West Australian Opera.
The work traces the Noongar seasons of the south-west - Birak, Bunuru, Djeran, Makuru, Djilba and Kambarang - as heat gathers, rain arrives and the land transforms.

“Bunuru comes, bringing an angry stare. We yearn for shade, well away from the blazing sun, holding rain
as memory.” Australian Baroque Artistic Director Helen Kruger said the work represents a significant artistic milestone
for the ensemble.

Commissioned by Australian Baroque, the project reflects Australian Baroque’s commitment to creating
meaningful artistic experiences that connect deeply with Western Australian communities.
