I want to thank everyone who came to see my work and the beautiful staff at for hosting me. Thanks also to for supporting this opportunity as part of the South West Biennial. There are currently other satellite exhibitions showing across the south west so do go and see them if you can.

Hold Me is my collection of tiny vessels intended to be experienced through touch. The work unfolds in the handling, as each audience interaction subtly shifts the installation. The vessels move from static object-in-a-gallery to active participants in a shared experience between person, object and space.
On display currently at Bunbury Regional Art Gallery as part of Tracework: The Bunbury Biennial
Go have a play.

Hear me out, because I've got an idea.
Artist speed dating.
I met so many amazing artist over the last two days, but in many cases I'm lucky if we actually spoke more than two sentences to each other. Events like these are great for networking, but also, it's a lot. Everyone is busy and excited and distracted and usually a little drunk by the end 🥴
I want more than one minute to talk to other artists. Five minutes at least.
I think you should make this happen
Anyway. Here are a bunch of self indulgent pics of me. Opening night and artist brunch - The South West Biennial - T R A C E W O R K

Hold Me is my work for the 2026 South West Biennial. This series of intimate porcelain vessels are intended to be encountered as objects of touch as the audience is invited to select a vessel, pick it up, hold it, rearrange and replace, with each interaction reshaping the installation and becoming part of the work itself.
As the vessels pass from hand to hand, they shift from being static objects to active participants in a shared experience of haptic intimacy.
Hold Me is on display at from Saturday 21st March with the opening event from 5pm.

Just me, drawing.
I wouldn't say drawing is a fundamental part of my practice, but it also is? It's that moment of pause, to stop and observe. It's a record of time and place much more powerful than a quickly snapped photo.
I don't display my drawings, they're just for me. But I love that like an olfactory sense, they can transport me instabtly back to that moment.
