Meet the team behind LA Painting & Decorating.

When Luke and I started LA Painting & Decorating, we had one goal: to build a business people could genuinely trust. Not just because of the quality of our work, but because of the people behind it.

Today, we’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built.

🖊️ Luke – Co-Owner & Director of Operations. 18+ years of industry experience. Luke leads every project with an uncompromising eye for detail and quality. He’s still on the tools every day, overseeing our projects, mentoring the team, and ensuring every finish meets the high standards our clients have come to expect.

📋 Lauren – Co-Owner & Business Operations Manager. I’m the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly—from your first enquiry through to quotes, scheduling, client communication, payroll, accounts and the day to day operations of the business.

🏡 Patrick – Site Supervisor with 15 years of industry experience. Patrick oversees our projects on site, supports our team, mentors our apprentices and ensures every job is completed to the highest standard.

🎨 Savannah – Qualified Tradeswoman. Reliable, meticulous and passionate about her trade, Savannah takes pride in her workmanship and consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients.

👷 Erin – First Year Apprentice. Hardworking, enthusiastic and always eager to learn, Erin is building a strong foundation in the trade with the support of our experienced team.

👷 Decklan – First Year Apprentice. The newest member of our team, Decklan has already impressed us with his positive attitude, willingness to learn and dedication to developing his skills.

We’re more than just painters, we’re a close knit team that genuinely cares about the homes we work in, the people we work for, and the reputation we’ve built throughout Perth.
