Embodying the grace and strength of the divine feminine wearing my latest creation, a Blue Scheelite, also known as Lapis Lace Onyx encased in an intricately woven macrame alter.

This Stone is not actually Scheelite but rather Calcite and Dolomite. When the owner of the mine found the vein, he mistakenly identified it as a Scheelite-based stone due to its UV fluorescence. This Calcite and Dolomite mixture produces the same color when shown under UV light.

Cute little Ammonite pendants!

What is an Ammonite? Many moons ago, before we understood what they were, one of the explanations for ammonites was that they were coiled-up snakes that had been turned to stone. But ammonites weren't reptiles. they are the extinct relatives of sea creatures such as the modern nautilus.

Ammonites were shelled cephalopods that died out about 66 million years ago. They are commonly found as fossils all around the world.

Ammonites were born with tiny shells and, as they grew, they built new chambers onto it. They would move their entire body into a new chamber and seal off the old one, creating this spiral.

Fossilized coral Pendant

Fossil coral is a natural gemstone that is created when prehistoric coral is over time replaced with agate. Corals are marine animals, and it is their skeletons that are fossilized and preserved. The fossil coral forms through hardened deposits left by silica-rich waters. The entire process can take over 20 million years.

Custom-made flower set 🌼🌻🏵
These flower earrings are so adorable! I used the biggest tiger's eye beads I had in my possession. I'm definitely making more in the future.

The flower necklace is made with a banksia seedpod slice. The banksia is native to Australia and is a magnificent flower. They are like big bush candles, set alight by the sun. Banksia flowers are actually hundreds of tiny flowers grouped together. As the Banksia 'candles' age, they form multiple hard, woody fruits known as follicles. These hard woody fruits act as a protection for the seeds inside.

While many plant species are killed by fire, banksias need fire to regenerate. After fire, their woody seed cases are triggered to open, releasing the seeds. In addition to the heat from fire, chemicals in smoke and ash can also trigger germination of some plants.

There are 173 species, and all but one occur naturally only in Australia.

It's been a few days since I've posted some new creations. We have been busy setting up our stall at events/markets. Since the sun is out today, I managed to get some pictures done.

I've been getting many requests for these spiral earrings. I enjoy making them so much since I don't have to think when creating these. They always turn out great. It gives me a little creative break. It doesn't matter in what order I select the colors, I could do them with my eyes closed. 😋

For this one, I went completely out of my comfort zone. I was disappointed when I received this gemstone since it wasn't 100% Malachite-Chrysocolla, but filled up with some filler to create a wholesome look. So I decided to go complete out on it to create something that would make me forget about the stone.
